1. Why this privacy statement?
Webatvantage is committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. We will use your personal data only in accordance with the Privacy Act and other relevant applicable legal requirements. Any reference in this Privacy Statement to the Privacy Act is a reference to the Act of December 8, 1992 on the protection of privacy with respect to the processing of personal data. Any reference to the Regulation is a reference to the Regulation of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
With this Privacy Statement, Webatvantage wishes to make you aware of any processing operations in relation to this data and of your rights. By using our platform/our website/our application, you explicitly grant your consent with possible processing operations by Webatvantage.
This Privacy Statement may be subject to modifications and amendments in the future. It is up to you to consult this document on a regular basis. Any substantial change will always be clearly communicated on Webatvantage's platform.

Webatvantage undertakes to process only such data as are relevant and necessary for the purposes for which they were collected. Following categories of personal data may be processed by Webatvantage:

4. For what purposes will my personal data be used?
Webatvantage collects personal data to provide you with a safe, optimized and personalized user experience. The collection of personal data becomes more extensive as you intensively use the platform/website/application and our online services.
Data processing is essential for the operation of the platform/website/application and related services. The processing is done exclusively for the following well-defined purposes:

When you visit the platform/website/application of Webatvantage, you declare your consent to this data collection intended for static purposes as described above.
The User always provides the personal data to Webatvantage himself and can thus exercise a certain control. If certain information is incomplete or apparently incorrect, Webatvantage reserves the right to postpone certain expected operations temporarily or permanently.
Personal data are processed solely for internal use within Webatvantage.
We can therefore reassure you that personal data will not be sold, transmitted or communicated to third parties affiliated with us. Webatvantage has taken all possible legal and technical precautions to avoid unauthorized access and use.

6. What are my rights?
6.1 Guarantee of lawful and secure processing of personal data
Webatvantage always processes your personal data fairly and lawfully. This includes the following guarantees:
- Personal Data will only be processed in accordance with the defined and legitimate purposes of this Privacy Statement.
- Personal data will only be processed to the extent that it is adequate, relevant and not excessive.
- Personal data will only be kept for as long as it is necessary for fulfilling the defined and legitimate purposes in this Privacy Statement.
Appropriate technical and security measures have been taken to minimize the risks of unauthorized access to or processing of personal data. In case of an intrusion into its computer systems, Webatvantage will immediately take all possible measures to minimize the damage.
6.2 Right to access/correct/delete your personal data.
Upon proof of your identity as a User, you have a right to obtain a determination from Webatvantage as to whether or not your personal data are processed. In addition, when Webatvantage processes your data, you have the right to obtain access to the personal data collected. If you wish to exercise your right of access, Webatvantage will act on this request within one (1) month of receiving it. The request is made via registered mail or by sending an e-mail to gdpr@webatvantage.be.
Inaccurate or incomplete personal data can always be corrected. It is primarily up to the User to correct inaccuracies and incompleteness themselves. You may exercise your right to correction by providing a supplementary statement to Webatvantage. Webatvantage will act on this within one (1) month after receiving the supplementary statement.
You also have the right to have your personal data erased by us without unreasonable delay. You may only invoke this right to be forgotten in the following cases:
- When the personal data are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were originally collected;
- When the personal data were collected on the basis of consent obtained and no other legal basis exists for the processing;
- When objection is made to the processing and no prevalent compelling legitimate grounds for processing exist;
- When the personal data have been processed unlawfully;
- When the personal data must be deleted in accordance with a legal obligation.
Webatvantage shall assess the presence of any of the aforementioned cases.
6.3 Right to restriction of/objection to the processing of your personal data.
User has the right to obtain a restriction on the processing of your personal data:
- During the period necessary for Webatvantage to verify the accuracy of the personal data, in case of dispute;
- When the data processing is unlawful and User requests a restriction of processing instead of erasure of the personal data;
- When Webatvantage no longer needs the User's personal data for the processing purposes and User needs the personal data regarding a legal claim;
- During the period Webatvantage needs to assess the presence of the grounds for erasure of personal data.
User also has the right to object to the processing of its personal data at any time. Webatvantage shall thereafter cease processing your personal data, unless Webatvantage can cite compelling legitimate grounds for processing your personal data that outweigh the User's right to object.
If User wishes to exercise these rights, Webatvantage shall act on it within one (1) month of receiving the request. The request shall be made by registered mail or by email to gdpr@webatvantage.be
6.4 Right to data portability.
User has the right to obtain the personal data provided to Webatvantage in a structured, common and machine-readable form. In addition, User shall have the right to transfer such personal data to another data controller where the processing of the personal data rests solely on the obtained consent of the User.
If User wishes to exercise this right, Webatvantage shall act on it within one (1) month after receiving the request. The request shall be made by registered mail or by email to info@Webatvantage.be.
6.5 Right to withdraw my consent/right to complain
User has the right to withdraw consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent prior to its withdrawal. In addition, the User has the right to lodge a complaint regarding the processing of his personal data by Webatvantage with the Belgian Commission for the Protection of Privacy.
If the User wishes to exercise this right, Webatvantage shall act on it within one (1) month of receiving the request. The request is made by registered mail or by e-mail to gdpr@webatvantage.be.

The website of Webatvantage BVBA contains links to websites of other parties. Webatvantage BVBA is not liable for the content of these sites and/or the way in which these sites handle your (personal) data. 8. Changes to the privacy policy
Webatvantage BVBA has the right to make changes to the privacy policy and the agreement in relation to cookies. Therefore, please check this document regularly.
